Our 5-year limited warranty covers all products purchased directly from us, guaranteeing that they will be free from manufacturer defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Yes, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without our written authorization. It also does not apply to floor samples or display models, nor does it cover conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, transportation damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance.
3. What should I do if I need to make a warranty claim?
If you encounter a problem that you believe is covered by this warranty, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the furniture. You will need to provide the original bill of sale and the product serial numbers. We may require defective parts to be returned upon request.
4. What is not covered under this warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Products used as floor samples or display models.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or transportation.
- Issues arising from incorrect installation or inadequate care.
- Conditions resulting from moving the furniture from its original delivery location.
5. Are there any disclaimers about the materials used?
Yes, our table tops and desk tops are made from High Pressure Laminate (HPT), which uses computer-simulated wood grains and color tones. Table and desk legs are made of solid wood with natural variations in grain and stain. While efforts are made to match these components as closely as possible, perfect matches cannot always be guaranteed.
6. Is there a limit to the amount of damages that can be claimed?
The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages such as loss of use, installation or re-installation charges, storage fees, or any damage to personal property. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
7. Can the warranty be altered or modified?
No representative of our company or its distributors or dealers is authorized to make changes or modifications to this warranty. All terms are as stated and are legally binding.
